We require our providers to protect your data and to use it only for the purposes we have given them. Their own privacy policies apply to how they handle data under their own responsibility.

6. Where your data is processed

Some of the providers we use operate servers outside India, so your data may be transferred and stored in other countries. Where this happens, we rely on providers that maintain appropriate security standards, and we do not transfer data to any country restricted by the Government of India under applicable law.

7. Cookies and analytics

Essential technologies. The Site may use strictly necessary technologies, such as those that provide security, protect the contact form against spam, and keep the Site functioning.

Analytics. If we use analytics tools, we use them to see aggregate patterns, such as which pages are most visited and how quickly they load. Where analytics rely on cookies or similar identifiers, they will only be set after you give consent through our cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time.

Advertising cookies. The Site does not use advertising or retargeting cookies unless we tell you here and ask for your consent first.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential technologies may affect how parts of the Site work.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and as required by law.

Data Typical retention
Enquiries that do not become projects Up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted
Client project records and correspondence For the life of the project and up to 3 years afterwards, for support and dispute purposes
Invoices and accounting records For as long as Indian tax and company law requires
Account access credentials and permissions Removed when the project or service ends
Server and security logs Short rolling periods, generally not more than 90 days

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it. Backups may take a short additional period to clear.

9. How we protect it

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Site
  • Server-side validation and anti-spam controls on forms
  • Restricted access, so only people who need the data to do their work can see it
  • Use of platform permission systems for client account access rather than shared passwords
  • Reviewing and removing access when it is no longer needed

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

10. Your rights

Under applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it
  • Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erase your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, unless we must keep it by law
  • Withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew
  • Seek grievance redressal if you have a concern about how we have handled your data
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity first. We aim to respond within 30 days.

11. Grievances and complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, please write to us first at [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Grievance”. We will acknowledge it within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational and as provided under applicable law.

The Site may link to other websites, including our LinkedIn page and sites belonging to our clients. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before giving them your data.

14. Client work and data about your customers

When we build a website or run ads for you, we may handle personal data about your customers, such as form submissions or ad audiences. In that situation, you decide the purpose and means of that processing and are responsible for having a lawful basis and any necessary notices and consents. We handle that data only on your instructions and for the purpose of delivering the service, and we keep it confidential.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, tools, or the law. The “Effective date” at the top shows when it was last revised.
